Our Build to Suit buildings are designed and tailored to the specific space and feature needs of our clients. We design the best option based on our expertise and knowledge. We employ international standards and our eco-efficiency manual in these buildings.
We also support our clients in the process to obtain LEED and WELL certifications.
TPI Composites has built three buildings with us in the Northern region of Mexico, two in Ciudad Juárez, with a total extension of 698,180 square feet, and one in Matamoros, with an extension of 527,443 square feet.
The dimensions of these buildings are tailored for the production of the long blades required for wind power mills.
The buildings themselves include sustainable features, in addition for being used to manufacture tools required for producing clean and sustainable energy.
Our Parks to Suit® are specially designed to address supplier needs for big OEMs or in order to create clusters for specific industries.
Our two parks are Douki Seisan Park, Suppliers Park for Nissan in their plant of Aguascalientes 2, and Queretaro Aerospace Park, built with the support of the government of Queretaro and in which Bombardier and Safran are the anchor companies for the cluster.
It is placed next to Queretaro's airport and in it we can find the campus of the Aeronautics University of Queretaro.
We have 9 VESTA Parks in strategic locations, all of which are ideal for manufacturing and logistics. They are designed for transit to flow through them and include large logistics platforms, safe accesses, and connectivity. They also offer photovoltaic energy.
We have established long-term relationships with our clients, and 50% of our growth comes from them. Our relationship with Safran is proof of this: since 2009 we have built 1.09 square feet for them.
There are six Safran Build to Suit buildings, where undercarriages, engine, maintenance, repair, and overhaul components are made. Albany also produces re-manufacturing and composites at these buildings.
Certain companies in our buildings are already operating under Industry 4.0 standards, such as Gestamp at Vesta Park Toluca II.
In a 279,000-square-feet building, robots clustered in manufacturing cells work with Jeep chassis, with 60% of the operation being led by women using digital systems and processes that are connected to the company’s global network.
