During 2004, “Corporacion Inmobiliaria
Vesta” has made important achievements. The first of
these being a strategic alliance with CALPERS
(California Public Employees Retirement System) who in
March of last year invested US$50 million directly into
the company’s capital. Secondly, “Vesta” closed
important deals with the following clients: Daewoo,
Ferrostaal Man, Eika y SCM in the city of Queretaro,
Bonafont in the city of Toluca, as well as the
acquisition of the largest distribution centers for
Nestle in Toluca, State of Mexico and Lagos de Moreno,
Jalisco adding to its portfolio 1,440,430 square
feet. Last year Vesta has also developed 412,096 square
feet in spec buildings in the cities of Toluca and San
Luis Potosi.
Through this initiative, Vesta has
increased its portfolio to reach a total of 3,006,008
square feet and anticipate this 2005 to be a year of
significant growth.
